hello homeowner!
this weekend we got a house! woohoo!!!!
no more ghetto living.... no more pesky dog barking... no more neighbors burning rubber... no more drunken a**holes ringing our doorbell in the middle of the night... MORE parking space... MORE closet space... MORE cruising area for my cruising baby.... a back yard with gazebo...MORE roooooom!!!!! could also be more money out of our pocket every month for mortgage and bills... but so what ? something to call our own... the pros outweigh the cons (what cons?...hep,hep,hep...don't even answer that question...). anyway, yes, we have a house and expect to move in next month. yikes! our lease on our apartment isn't up until february so i have been assigned the dreaded task of talking our way out of our contract...why moi? don't ask... i don't even know myself....anyway i'm asked my hubby to help me out. (update on the outcome later, wish us luck *fingers crossed*) |
