random snippets
next weekend we'll be moving in to our new house... yay! less than a week na lang! hopefully it doesn't rain. the weather this past week was cool but damp...as much as i like this weather, it's not what i want for next weekend.
----- it's been almost a month since we gave our letter to the management office re: our last day at the apartment and still no word from them...as much as i hope they conveniently forgot about the early cancellation of the contract, i won't be surprised if they sic us with a collection letter once we've moved out. ----- my brother in law has a friend who works at nickelodeon...he showed his friend a picture of clara and the friend asked if he could get a picture of her to put in his office. he said that clara looks like dora the explorer...it so happened that he is the producer of the show.  
what do you think? ----- just found out my cousin is leaving for the army next week. my first reaction was why?!? what in the world is she thinking?!? but at the same time, i thought man, she's got guts... i don't know if i could do the same thing. the more i think about it, this may be good.. she's intelligent , physically active, young...this exciting career might be just right for her. from a distance, i admire all those who serve their country, who do put their lives on the line... i just never thought i would be directly connected to someone who would be a part of it. |
